awaken creatures take far too much advantage of our ways of seeing, knowing. the curse of animation and life is that we are always running, running away from places and things and people to other places and things and people, and the complexity of minds posit the need to accept ambiguous lines and boundaries and personalities. many people assume/have an image of me walking the cobbled stones of london town as i have dreamed up myself. but that image is a personal product of a naive and hopeful girl and i wonder how and why they have adopted it as their own too. so then i say no you are mistaken, that is not the way it is. but they say it with such confidence as i once have, like it is set in stone; stone and concrete like the buildings man builds, for when they have run for too long and then hope for clean lines and brick structures to possess surety and assurance of time and place man wishes he had. and then we must always be blurred -- the result of impatience of shutters and fingers, and double images -- when we see the misalignment of images in this world... the image of the dream (/(mis)conception of reality) and the image of reality (or what we conceive of it, anyway) and then all our lives we are running across tectonic plates of the earth and perhaps when it moves an inch we will come into the image of dreamscapes, creating clean outlines of things and places and people. everything in life is a push and pull but what can we help of it, when everything is misaligned? contrasting double images of loves lost, ideal loves and parallel realities... and then we will embark on the struggle for clarity. (perhaps one day i will be drawn with precision and definition and sooner than later i will find myself on the cobbled stones of london)
